Single payment at the beginning of the record, refundable if you recover the debt and the amount recovered exceeds 200 €.

This is payable before the start of the efforts of recovery.

50% discount on portfolios over 30 records.

Success in the recovery – RECOMMENDED

Apply both in the way of a friendly settlement as in the court, on the amount actually recovered.

20% + VAT on the recovered

Includes the drafting of the Payment Procedure initial.

Claiming also to the interests of delay (Law 3/2004) and expense by bill unpaid.

If the judicial procedure is unsuccessful, applies a 50% bonus on detailed view and attorney.

Payment procedure specific to recover the VAT charged on unpaid invoices.

The consumer reporting which are necessary, are the responsibility of the customer.

The granting of powers of attorney, court fees and expenses of attorney on the judicial branch are always for the account of the client, and require your prior explicit consent. Fees subject to the current VAT (21%) unless otherwise indicated.
